A dedicated team from Mending Kids International, visiting from the United States and Italy, partnered with our specialists at the Cardiac Centre to deliver paediatric and interventional congenital cardiac surgeries for children in Mauritius. These procedures help correct heart problems that children are born with, allowing them to breathe more easily, grow well, and live healthier lives.

It also enhances the skills of Mauritian cardiologists through exposure to specialised interventions such as TAVI and other minimally invasive techniques.
